How to sign up on posting notification list

Kathy Loh, PCC, CPCC, MA: What do all those letters after    my name stand for? Well, PCC is Professional Certified Coach (bestowed upon me by the International Coach Federation (ICF). CPCC is Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from The Coaches Training Institute (CTI). The Masters is in Music theory and composition.

I’ve started and run three successful businesses in my life. Currently I am a life and relationship coach, leader, writer and musician who embraces an integral body, mind, spirit and heart way of life. I consider myself  a soul-based creative coach. My clients include photographers, graphic artists, dancers, musicians, educators, healers, coaches, couples and families who are ready, no not just ready, they are dying to reinvent their lives. Take that metaphor as you will, because when you are reinventing your life, you let go of a lot of your old self and old stuff.

Here’s more training stuff: In addition to my coaching certifications, I am a graduate of The Center for Right Relationship’s (CRR) Organizations and Relationship Systems Coach training as well as CTI’s Co-active Leadership Program. I co-founded and co-lead the Coaches of Creative Artists community on the Co-active Network.  I also received coach training from Lucid Living.

Ever the curious learner, I also have extensive training in shamanism, sound-healing, mindfulness meditation and I’m a Reiki Master in both Usui and Tibetan traditions.

Those other two careers? I owned and operated my own music instruction studio for 16 years (piano, voice and composition). Prior to that, I was a computer consultant and custom database programmer and trainer for 10 years.

Here comes the fun part: I am a free spirit who is moving more and more into playing in the Mystery. I live in the Sierra Nevada foothills of northern California and I thrive off of hiking, singing, floating on water, snow shoeing, stargazing and dancing by the light of the full moon.
